Compatible Materials

Stainless Steel 316L

316L stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant, low-carbon alloy ideal for marine and medical applications. It offers excellent strength, weldability, and durability in harsh environments.

17-4 stainless steel is a precipitation-hardened alloy known for its high strength and moderate corrosion resistance. It’s commonly used in aerospace, chemical, and mechanical components.

Bronze is a copper-based alloy with excellent wear resistance and low friction properties. It is widely used for bushings, bearings, and decorative items due to its durability and aesthetic appeal.

Copper is a highly conductive metal with excellent thermal and electrical properties. It’s essential in electrical wiring, heat exchangers, and decorative arts.

M300 is a maraging tool steel offering ultra-high strength and toughness with good machinability. It’s used in high-performance tools, molds, and aerospace parts.

6061 aluminum is a lightweight, versatile alloy known for its good corrosion resistance and weldability. It’s widely used in structural applications, transportation, and consumer goods.

High carbon iron contains a significant amount of carbon, making it very hard and wear-resistant. It is typically used in cutting tools, springs, and high-strength components but is more brittle than lower carbon steels.

Titanium is a strong, lightweight metal with excellent corrosion resistance. It’s commonly used in aerospace, medical implants, and high-performance applications.

Inconel 718-34 is a high-strength, nickel-based superalloy designed for extreme temperatures and pressure. It’s ideal for turbine engines, aerospace, and high-stress industrial components.

H13 is a chromium hot-work tool steel known for its excellent toughness, heat resistance, and wear performance. It is widely used in die casting, extrusion tools, and hot forging applications.

Tungsten is an extremely dense metal with the highest melting point of all elements. It’s used in high-temperature applications, electrical contacts, and radiation shielding.

3 Step process explained

In Metal – 3D printing, the part is built layer by layer using a metal powder and binder mixture. During finishing, it is cleaned and compacted before sintering in a high-temperature furnace, where the binder burns away, and the metal fuses into a solid, precise component.
